Thomas Lister have been appointed by Government Agency, The Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) to sell the freehold of a modern enterprise centre at Heart of the Park in Newton Aycliffe. The building totals a net internal area of 21,500 sq.ft. divided into 42 separate suites with 63 on-site car parking spaces and is currently managed by Regus for the HCA.

The Centre is currently let to over 35 separate businesses and produces a gross income of over £370,000 per annum with scope for improvement.

Thomas Lister are instructed to dispose of a strategic housing development site in the Fenton area of Stoke on Trent.  The site comprising an area of 17 acres and located adjacent Fenton Park and open green space, off Dewsbury Road near it’s junction with the A50 Victoria Road.  A proposed development scheme is currently in for outline planning permission seeking approval for the development of 297 new dwellings.  Determination of the planning application by Stoke on Trent City Council Planners is anticipated early December 2016.

Thomas Lister are delighted with the reappointment as consultants to the Derby Regeneration Fund, incorporating the City Living Initiative.

Our team have been providing consultancy services for the implementation of the highly successful Fund since October 2010, with several major projects delivered and operational, resulting in significant investment and job creation to the City.

Thomas Lister and AECOM are delighted to announce our reappointment by Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership (GLLEP) to provide due diligence services in relation to projects seeking funding from the Growth Deal and Invest & Grow Programme.

The appointment will extend over a two year period, with our team providing technical advice on a broad range of commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.  Advice provided is across a range of property development and funding matters and enables GLLEP to make investment decisions to facilitate project delivery.

To date, Thomas Lister and AECOM, working with the GLLEP team, have appraised nine projects with funding in the region of £33 million approved.
